I heard a radio ad the otherday, abt Malaysian being "not-so-polite", which is true. How many of us say
pls when you order you burger at Mc'D? Do you even say
Thank You to the casheir after she/he has given you your change back?
No need to talk abt manners on the road, once we are given the wheels, manners are out of the window.I never look forward to driving to work in the morning...everybody is just so rude to u, it's doesn't make a difference if you signal nobody is going to give you way, in fact after u indicate the cars starts driving faster making it that much harder to switch lanes...see why some of us don't even bother to indicate?
What about taking a ride on the LRT, which is the next best option to KL other than driving, the ONLY time ppl line up to get into the trains is in Kelana Jaya LRT station..im not kidding you!everybody will line up benih the yellow line and then take turns to enter the LRT. Once you head towards KL usually the "bulk" of passengers leaves either in KL Central/ Pasar Seni / KLCC..the idea is to get in or out before the door automatically closes..so everybody will rush toward the door, by right ppl inside should be given priority to get out with ppl out side should be waiting at the sides...unfortunately most ppl will be RIGHT IN FRONT of the door like making a barrier or those football penalty shootout thingy...even saying excuse me would be pointless coz no one is going to give you way.
So ppl learn how to say:-
Please
Thank You
Excuse me
And learn to be considerate..
cheh way so early in the morning giving community message :p
P.S- I am trying to be more polite on the roads, just don't tail gate me i might just steponthebrakeslikenobodiesbusinessandmakeupay!!
