Jesus you're my superhero, Is it biblical? well i didn't have the answer to that question coz it never occur to me in the 1st place...so is it wrong?or is it ok for me to teach this song in sunday school?(i know some of u ppl been teaching this song for ages!sue me im slow!) then wat about songs like Life without Jesus is like a donut, or The bicycle song?

Here's the lyrics

He's the one who makes the sun shine
He's the one who puts the moon in the sky
He's the one who hung the stars
one by one

He's the one who makes the birds sing
He's the one who makes the tree so high
He's the one who makes me smile
day by day

Jesus you're my superhero
you're my star, my best fren
Jesus you're my superhero
you're my star, my best fren

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah better than Superman
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah better than Spiderman
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah better than Batman
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah better than anyone

so maybe it's not exactly 100% word for word in the bible, but i know kids would be able to relate to the song, Jesus's diciple didn't grow up with Superman, Batman or Spiderman...but isn't Saviour equvalent to superhero? Jesus is a superhero! He saved us from our sins!it's just that the word superhero is a replacement for Saviour.
