My very 1st DIY photoshoot.
Our mag has a Do It Yourself page where we feature 4 DIY projects, and thanks to my lovely senior who btw is an excellent stylist, has been doing a GREAT job in the past but now the job is passed down to me, which is a good thing coz i really want to learn how to style n stuff.
So from someone who is very excellent at styling to pass down the job to a noob like me...it's scary cause I have to live up to what she's done so far if not better. But thank God for patient colleagues who are always willing to teach me and point out my mistakes :).
Anyways my shoot was good but ofcourse but not without mistakes :) Before we start the shoot I had plan how the layout is, how the set should look like, what lighting n angle, n where does this item go and all..BUT I wasn't very good at keeping to my plan AND I wasn't sensitive enuff at looking at the photos :) haha my senior kept telling me just follow your drawing...me being all insecure n not confident abt my ideas thought maybe these ideas not good enuff..even after I've discuss with my senior and getting her to tweek my ideas. But I learnt alot, and Im almost satisfied with my work. I would love to post pics...but then I will just give away the DIY for that month :)
so ppl pick up Oct issue and look for the DIY page to see our sweat and blood!!
